Allergies at Kōna

Tell us once — we take it from there.

Every allergy is taken seriously at every Kōna location. When you tell your server about an allergy, it’s flagged directly on your order so both our kitchen and sushi teams see it before anything is prepared — and our staff are trained to talk it through with you against the ingredient list below. If your allergy isn’t listed here, tell your server anyway: we accommodate all allergies, and our team will walk through the details with you.

Sesame

Please read.

Sesame seeds or sesame oil appear in roughly 90% of our menu — including our signature sauces and most rolls. If you have a sesame allergy, talk to your server before ordering and we’ll find what works for you.

Nuts

We are a nut-free restaurant.

One honest exception: our ice cream contains no nuts but is made in a facility that also processes nuts, so factory cross-contamination is possible.
