Kōna Sushi brings together traditional and fusion-style sushi across four Windsor-Essex locations. Our skilled chefs craft each dish with the freshest ingredients — a wide range of flavours and textures, from time-honoured classics to bold, creative rolls you won't find anywhere else.
Built by Hand
Step into any Kōna and you'll notice something different. Much of what you see was built by the owners themselves — a hand-crafted, fish-themed space rather than the usual decor. It's part of what makes dining with us feel personal.
